Welcome to ClinicFrontline. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered communication systems and related services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
ClinicFrontline provides a managed service to our clients ("you" or "Client"), which includes the setup, configuration, and deployment of AI Website Chatbots and AI Inbound Voice Receptionists. Our primary offering is the "24/7 Front Desk" 30-Day Pilot Program (the "Pilot Program").
2. The Pilot Program
The Pilot Program includes:
One (1) AI Website Chatbot, deployed on your website.
One (1) AI Inbound Voice Receptionist, configured for your main business phone line.
Integration with your designated calendar and CRM system.
Service operation for a period of 30 consecutive days from the date of deployment.
3. Fees and Payment
The fee for the Pilot Program is $500 USD, paid in full upfront before any work begins. This fee is non-refundable. Upon completion of the 30-day pilot, the service may be continued on a monthly retainer basis at a rate to be agreed upon in a separate contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
To effectively provide the Services, you agree to:
Provide us with accurate and complete information about your business, services, and pricing for the AI's Knowledge Base.
Provide access to the necessary calendars and systems for integration.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection and use of your customers' data, including providing any necessary notices and obtaining any necessary consents for call recording and data processing.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying technology, software, and AI models used to provide the Services. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your specific business data and the data of your customers.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information received from the other party as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Term and Termination
The term for the Pilot Program is 30 days. You may choose not to continue the service at the end of this term without penalty. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Services at any time for a breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific results, such as a specific number of leads or a specific increase in revenue. We guarantee that we will provide the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicFrontline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delhi/India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
